Description
The FOFOS Tough Fruit Strawberry Silent Chew Dog Toy is the quiet one. FOFOS build the Tough Fruit range in both squeaky and silent versions, and this strawberry is the silent one - no squeaker inside at all, by design.
Key Features
- Moulded TPR strawberry with a textured, seeded surface
- No squeaker, deliberately. It makes no noise at all
- Soft enough to give under the teeth, firm enough to hold its shape
- Fruit shape is easy for a dog to pick up from any angle
Why A Silent Toy Is Worth Having
- Some dogs work themselves into a state over a squeaker and cannot settle until it is destroyed. A silent toy lets them chew without the winding-up
- It also means the dog can have a toy in the evening without everyone in the room hearing about it
- If your dog only engages with noisy toys, the Crazy Grape is the squeaky one in the same range
Good To Know
- Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is soft enough to give under the teeth and firm enough to hold its shape
- Check it over for splits and deep gouges before each session and replace it when the surface breaks
- Supervise play and take the toy away once it starts to come apart. No dog toy is indestructible, and swallowed pieces can cause a blockage
