Autoship questions
Which products can I get on Autoship?
Full-priced products that show the Auto Delivery option on their product page. Sale, clearance and already-discounted items can’t be added to Autoship.
How do the 15% and 10% savings work?
Your first Autoship order is 15% off and every delivery after it is 10% off, applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed. The saving is worked out from the price at the time of each delivery.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Sign in and open Auto Delivery in your account to skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel. Travelling or still have stock? Skip, and the one after arrives as normal.
How often can deliveries come?
You choose when you add the product: every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks or every 6 weeks.
