Description
The FOFOS Tough Fruit Crazy Grape Squeaky Dog Toy is a cluster of moulded grapes with a squeaker inside, and the lumpy shape does something useful - it will not roll in a straight line, so the dog has to keep chasing it.
Key Features
- Moulded TPR in a bobbled grape-cluster shape
- Squeaker inside to keep a noise-driven dog interested
- Lumpy profile means it rolls off at odd angles
- Plenty of separate grapes to get the teeth around
If The Squeaker Is A Problem
- Squeakers trigger the prey sequence in some dogs, and a few will not rest until they have silenced it. That is normal, not a fault in the toy
- The Tough Fruit Silent Strawberry is the same material with no squeaker if you would rather avoid the noise
- Squeakers and crinkle set some dogs off. If yours gets wound up rather than entertained, this is not the toy for them
Good To Know
- Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is soft enough to give under the teeth and firm enough to hold its shape
- Once the squeaker is punctured the toy is still usable as a chew, but check for loose fragments around it
- Check it over for splits and deep gouges before each session and replace it when the surface breaks
- Supervise play and take the toy away once it starts to come apart. No dog toy is indestructible, and swallowed pieces can cause a blockage
