The Groom Professional 4 In 1 Clipper Spray does in one pass what would otherwise be four jobs -- it cools the blade, blows the hair and grease out of the teeth, disinfects it and leaves it lubricated.

Why Disinfecting Between Dogs Matters

A clipper blade touches the skin of every dog that comes through. Ringworm, bacterial skin infections and mites all travel perfectly happily on a blade, and ringworm passes to people too. If you clip more than one animal, disinfecting between them is not fussiness -- it is the main thing stopping one dog's skin problem becoming everybody's.

How To Use It

• Brush the loose hair off the blade first.
• Spray into the teeth with the clipper running briefly, so it works through.
• Wipe the excess away before the blade goes near a dog.
• Let it do the cooling job mid-groom, and give the blade a moment before carrying on.

Who Makes It

Groom Professional launched in 2009 on the Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland and is sold through the grooming trade supplier Christies Direct. The range was built for working salons rather than for the bathroom cupboard, which is why so much of it comes as a concentrate and in four-litre sizes. Groom Professional say the products are manufactured in the UK.
