Dymax Black Bio Sponge Filter Pad - 32 x 12cm

The Dymax Black Bio Sponge is a black filter sponge pad for trapping debris and growing beneficial bacteria in trickle, top and canister filters.

Key Features

• 32 × 12 cm pad, cut to fit your filter
• Traps loose particles and hosts nitrifying bacteria
• For freshwater and marine aquariums
• Dymax packs this sponge two to a pack

Good To Know

• Squeeze the sponge out in a bucket of old tank water when flow drops; replace only when it starts to fall apart.
• Rinse biological media in old tank water, never under the tap — chlorinated water kills the bacteria that protect your fish.
• Never replace all your filter media at once; change a portion at a time so the bacteria colony survives.
