Description
Hobby Artificial Terrarium Palm - 60x40x55cm is a large artificial palm, 60x40x55cm, with fronds you can bend into position. The feature worth knowing about is that it is designed to be misted: spray the leaves and the water runs down them in droplets, which is how chameleons, geckos and many tree-dwelling lizards actually drink.

- This listing is one palm, 60x40x55cm. Measure your terrarium height first.
- Artificial plants earn their place in a terrarium. Live planting is lovely and it also gets eaten, trampled, and cooked under a basking lamp. Artificial cover stays where you put it, and cover is what makes a reptile confident enough to come out.
- Keep it clear of the heat source. Plastic and a basking lamp at close range is a fire risk and a melting risk. Leave a proper gap.
- Wash it in hot water, no detergent, when you strip the enclosure.
- Check for chewing. Any animal that bites pieces off an artificial plant needs it removed - swallowed plastic does not pass.
- Make sure it cannot topple onto a lamp or a water dish.
