The Greenfields Spray and Go Dog Shampoo is a no-rinse dry shampoo -- a concentrated spray for freshening a coat when a proper bath is not practical, after a muddy walk, on a trip, or for a dog that cannot be bathed just now.

How To Use It

• Brush the loose dirt out first. Dry shampoo on top of mud just makes mud paste.
• Spray onto the coat in sections, holding the bottle back from the skin and away from the face.
• Work it in with your hands or a cloth, then brush the coat through.
• Let it dry. There is nothing to rinse.

What It Is Good For, And What It Is Not

A dry shampoo lifts surface dirt and smell. It is useful between baths, for an old or arthritic dog that struggles in the bath, and for a dog recovering from surgery that cannot get wet -- ask your vet first in that last case. It will not clean a genuinely filthy dog, and it will not fix a smell coming from the skin, the ears or the mouth rather than the coat.
