Description
The Exotic Nutrition ZooPro High Protein Supplement is a high-protein powder for fruit and nectar-eating small mammals, best known as the protein base in homemade HPW glider diets.
Key Features
- Formulated for fruit and nectar eaters, whose natural diet is low in protein
- Blends easily and digests quickly
- Contains essential amino acids and fatty acids
- Fortified with vitamins and minerals
- 3 lb (1.36 kg)
- Made in the USA by Exotic Nutrition
How To Use
- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons over 100 g of fresh fruit and vegetables, or
- Use it as the protein element in a homemade HPW mix
- Feed in the evening, when gliders are waking, and remove uneaten food after 12 hours
Good To Know
- A protein supplement corrects a fruit-heavy diet; it does not turn one into a balanced diet on its own
- If you are mixing your own HPW, follow a published recipe rather than improvising the ratios
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Always leave fresh, clean drinking water available
- Small exotics hide illness well. Weight loss, a change in droppings or refusing food warrants an exotics vet, not a change of treat
