Description
The Exotic Nutrition Nectar Pod Forager Toy is a hanging foraging toy with six rotating wooden pieces and three hidden cups your pet has to find and open.
Key Features
- Six pieces that rotate independently on a stainless steel post
- Three hidden compartments, sized to take Exotic Nutrition Nectar Pods
- Cups can be left open or covered, so you can make it harder as your pet learns it
- Untreated kiln-dried pine and stainless steel
- Hangs from the roof of any wire cage; hardware included
- About 2 x 6 x 10 in (5 x 15 x 25 cm)
- Suits sugar gliders, birds, squirrels and marmosets
Fitting It
- Screw the end cap fully home at the bottom before hanging it, and re-check it regularly
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Inspect daily for splitting or loose parts
Good To Know
- Caged animals need something to do; foraging toys do more for behaviour than any extra treat does
- Supervise the first few sessions, and take the toy out once the wood starts to split
- Wooden toys absorb moisture and sticky treats — clean it rather than letting residue build up
