Description
The EHEIM powerLED+ fresh daylight is a slim aluminium LED bar for freshwater aquariums, giving bright daylight (6,750 K) full-spectrum light.
Key Features
- 1349 mm fitting, 38.9 W, 5839 lumens
- Fits aquariums approx. 1373–1529 mm long with the brackets extended
- Anodised aluminium housing, resistant to salt water
- 120° beam angle for light right down to the substrate
- Replaces a T5 or T8 tube of similar length, including its reflector
- Can be fitted inside an existing T5/T8 hood with the EHEIM adapter set (sold separately)
- Extendable stainless steel brackets sit on the tank rim
- Average service life of more than 50,000 hours, per EHEIM
- Needs an EHEIM 24 V power supply, sold separately — add the wattages of all lamps on one supply
- Works with EHEIM LEDcontrol+e for sunrise, sunset and moonlight (sold separately)

Good To Know
- Check the fitted length against your tank before ordering — the brackets adjust, but only within the stated range
- Too much light feeds algae; 6–8 hours a day is a sensible starting point, ideally on a timer
- Use a residual current device (RCD) on aquarium equipment and leave a drip loop in the cable so water can't run into the socket
