Description
The Dayang Small Pet Playpen is a set of hinged wire panels in mixed colours that fold flat and open out into a floor pen for a rabbit, guinea pig or small rodent.
Key Features
- Hinged panels that set into a hexagon, a square or a run against a wall.
- Folds flat and stores behind a door.
- Dayang quotes the panels at 34.7 x 23.2 cm.
- Coloured powder coat rather than bare wire.
- Sets up on a floor, a rug or a lawn without tools.
Good To Know
- This is floor-time equipment, not housing. A pen made from panels this height is an open-topped play area to be used while you are watching, not a place to leave an animal.
- Rabbits and guinea pigs jump and dig. On grass a rabbit will be under the edge in minutes, so an unroofed pen outdoors needs someone present the whole time.
- In UAE heat, floor time belongs indoors. Rabbits and guinea pigs suffer heatstroke well below the temperature a person finds uncomfortable.
- Weight or peg the panels on a hard floor - a wire pen tips when an animal leans on it.
- A small rodent can slip through wire this size. Check the gaps against your animal before you trust it.
