Description
The Dayang Pet Playpen is an eight-panel wire pen with a hinged door built into one panel, which folds flat and opens out into an octagon.
Key Features
- A door in one panel, so you are not lifting a dog in and out over the top.
- Eight hinged panels that set the shape - octagon, square or a straight run against a wall.
- Folds flat for storage and transport.
- Dayang quotes the panels at 55 x 63.5 cm.
- Light enough for one person to move while it is open.
Available in: Dayang also lists a black folding pen with arched tops.
Good To Know
- A pen this height contains a puppy or a small dog that has not worked out it can climb. It will not hold a determined adult, a jumper or a climber, and it is not a substitute for a fence or for supervision.
- Wire pens tip. On a hard floor, weight or peg the panels, particularly if a dog leans on the sides.
- Do not leave a dog in this outdoors in UAE heat. Shade is not enough - an enclosed space in a UAE summer reaches lethal temperatures within minutes, and dogs shed heat far less efficiently than people do.
- Count on supervision. An eight-panel pen is a boundary that a dog agrees to, not a barrier that holds one that disagrees.
- Do not use a pen as a full-day answer to a dog that is destructive or anxious when alone.
