How To Use
- Unplug the fountain and empty it before changing the pump.
- Lift out the old pump, fit the new one into the same recess and route the cable through the same channel.
- Refill above the minimum line before plugging it back in.
Good To Know
- Most fountain noise is caused by a low water level or a pump that needs cleaning, not a failed pump. Try topping up and rinsing the impeller first.
- Never run the pump dry. That is the usual reason a fountain pump fails.
- Take the pump apart and rinse the impeller every couple of weeks.
- Keep the cable out of reach of cats that chew.
