Description
The API GH & KH Test Kit is a liquid test kit that measures general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH) in freshwater aquariums.
Key Features
- Measures general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH)
- Glass test tube, test solution, instructions and colour chart included
- For freshwater aquariums
- Hardness affects pH stability and suits different fish and plants differently
How To Use
- Rinse the test tube with tank water, fill it to the line and add the drops exactly as the instructions say.
- Cap, shake as directed, wait the stated time and read the colour against the chart in good light.
- Rinse the tube after use and keep the bottles tightly capped.
Good To Know
- Test regularly — especially in new tanks, after adding fish and whenever fish seem unwell.
- Store at room temperature away from sunlight and check the expiry date on the bottles.
- Keep out of reach of children. Test solutions are not for drinking.
