Description
The ADA Drop Checker is a glass instrument for monitoring CO2 levels in a planted aquarium. Add the reagent and a little aquarium water, fix it inside the tank, and its colour shows whether your plants are getting the right amount of carbon dioxide.
Key Features
- Quality glass — durable and easy to read
- Simple to use — just add reagent and aquarium water
- In-tank design — continuous monitoring through the day
- Takes the guesswork out of CO2 dosing
Reading the Colour
- Blue — too little CO2
- Green — about right
- Yellow — too much CO2; reduce dosing to protect fish and shrimp
How to Use
- Fill with Drop Checker reagent (sold separately) as directed, and place it away from the CO2 diffuser.
- Allow a couple of hours for the colour to respond to changes, and replace the reagent regularly.
